Last August I decided to get on a plane and start my adventure in Novi Sad, Serbia, and it was one
of the best experiences of my life... For 3 weeks I lived with people from different countries with
completely different cultures. In my SEP adventure I was able to get to know a little more about my
profession and about the culture of the country that welcomed me so well, always accompanied by
the members of PSANS who, even if they had to study for exams, were always available to help us.
From this experience I take friends for life and I’m sure that I made the best choice when I applied
for Serbia.

First of all let me introducemyself, I am Amina Aiouaz, pharmacy student in 6th year, from Algeria
and a member of ASEPA, Algiers.

Studenttudent exchange is the opportunity to do and see things you could never dreamed of. It all started
on the 8th of August, when I have been delighted to be part of the SEP Team of Novi Sad, Serbia
2016. This opportunity allowed me to meet new friends and broaden my general knowledge, I have
gained a lifetime experience and stories. Throught my exchange I have learned more about myself
and the world around me. I had the chance to share a room with two amazing girls, one Polish and
the other from Portugal, with whom I had a great time and an extraordinary adventure.

Inn tandem with them, I had the occasion to have a little practice in Public community pharmacy
where I met a new serbian pharmacists who tend introducing me in the system of Serbian
community pharmacy which is very different comparing the system of Algeria. I also had a chance
to visit the Medical University of Novi Sad, department of Pharmacy, where we were welcomed by
a sympathetic assistant who taught us preparing Vaseline.
All this unforgettable moments and incredible adventure through to an amazing and warm team of
PSANS, especially the LEO, Una Dugajlić, who I am most thankful to.
